Kathy Newell is the President of Sun Resales, Inc. After working in the court system for many years, she started assisting her husband, Bruce, who was a Realtor. She learned to also market manufactured homes in leased land communities and decided to become a manufactured home broker. She has been selling homes for more than 12 years and hopes to put that experience to use for your housing needs.
